How to apply an iconpackage help topic For Windows Xp or Vista

1. Purchase IconPackager from here.

2. Install Iconpackager.

3. Download one of my IconPackages from above.

4. Open Iconpackager.

5. Click "Insall New Package" then "From Disk."

6. Click "OK" and your done!
